6-apartment hillside retreat overlooking Achladies Bay
Accommodations
Villa Kim offers 6 self-catered units with furnished verandas or patios overlooking the Aegean Sea. Each air-conditioned unit has a private entrance, a seating area with satellite TV and DVD player, and a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge and coffee-making facilities. All units include a dining area for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals.
Amenities
The property provides free WiFi throughout the villas and free private parking on site. Guests have access to a garden, sun terrace, and outdoor furniture in a beachfront setting. Villa Kim is a 5-minute walk from the beach and sits on Achladies Bay, offering a private beach area directly on the bay.
Location
Staff at Villa Kim can arrange car and motorbike rental and offer travel advice on local attractions like the famous Koukounaries Beach. The hotel is a 3-minute walk from 2 supermarkets, and water taxis connect hourly from the property to Skiathos Town. Cosmopolitan Skiathos Town lies 3 km away, reachable by bus from stop number 9 right outside the villas.
Family & Pets
Villa Kim offers family rooms and allows pets on the property. The hillside location means the beach access is a steep walk, though an easier route past Esperides Hotel leads to bus stop 10. Across the road, guests can use a hotel pool and bar for days they prefer not to go to the beach.

Rooms: 6 self-catered apartments with Aegean Sea views
